The Seasonal Program is a 12 month lease designed for weekend warriors. This program allows for campers to come visit up to 3 days per week and leave your unit on the site while you are gone. Seasonal lots starting at $1,995 per year.
The Long Term Leasing Program is designed for campers to secure a site for 3 to 5 years, giving you full access to the resort and as much camping as you can handle. This program allows you to use the site year round or just when you are not on a trip. This program is designed with a low down payment and a small monthly payment.
The Deeded RV Lots allow campers to own a site and build out a dream vacation or full time home with all of the custom upgrades to make it a personal paradise. Deeded lots are designed between 2,500 S.F. and 6,200 S.F., a minimum of 45' x 68', is a large enough space for you to create your personalized site with Custom Lot Upgrades.

The Unit Reservation Deposit is a fully-refundable deposit to start the purchasing process. This secures a certain site for purchase and allows the seller access to the Home Owners Association documents, buyer has 14 days to review.
The escrow officer will look over the purchase contract to: identify what payments are owed and by whom; prepare documents for the closing; conduct the closing; make sure taxes, title searches, real estate commissions and other closing costs are paid; ensure that the buyer's title is recorded; and ensure the seller receives any money due.
Attorney creates documents and all necessary assurances to create the closing documents. Make sure to keep copies of all closing documents for tax purposes.
